FlexSim Class
Below we present a new standard training program for people starting to work with the FlexSim tool. Standard training courses are characterized by an open group of participants, consisting of people from various industries as well as university lecturers. The training courses are designed to thoroughly prepare participants for further independent work with the FlexSim tool. Registration for training courses is open to individuals. The maximum number of participants in a single group is 6.

Advanced Level
A course dedicated to people who have basic knowledge and skills related to modeling and simulating processes in the FlexSim environment.
Duration: 24 hours/3 days
After completing the course, participants will be able to build advanced models in the FlexSim environment using the available library of 3D objects, particularly those related to warehouse logistics. Participants will also acquire the knowledge and skills to build and customize the logic of a simulation model using access to its internal structure (model tree).
Included in:
- training conducted by one of the best FlexSim simulation experts in Europe,
- access to the educational portal (database of instructional videos) for 1 month,
- access to a temporary full educational license for FlexSim software for 1 month,
- a collection of models created during the training and prepared by the trainer,
- a certificate of participation in the training.

Exam and certificate
After completing the course, participants take a final exam (independent construction of a simulation model of a given process). Upon passing the final exam, participants receive a certificate confirming their acquired skills (authorized by FlexSim Software Products, Inc., USA).

How can I learn to work with FlexSim?
The most effective option is to participate in the training program offered by InterMarium. Our training is based on many years of experience implementing FlexSim in organizations across various industries and countries.
We can also organize training exclusively for your company—then the scope will be tailored to your needs. Training is delivered both on-site at our office in Kraków and online. Current training dates can be found here [LINK].
Are there any books/manuals for learning FlexSim?
Yes—two of them written by us. You will find general information about FlexSim simulation and its role in enterprises [LINK to Applied Simulation], as well as practical examples and exercises to help you gain basic FlexSim skills—the “User Manual”.
How long does FlexSim implementation take?
FlexSim is an application installed on the user’s device. In this case, implementation essentially means acquiring the skills required to operate the tool.
InterMarium offers a comprehensive training and support package which, combined with participant engagement, ensures effective preparation for efficient work with FlexSim.
How long do the trainings last?
Most often, the full training program (up to the advanced level) lasts 7 days. Usually, we also conduct an additional implementation workshop afterward, during which participants jointly create their first simulation model based on their own process. This approach, called “direct knowledge transfer”, comes from our many years of FlexSim implementation experience. It provides immediate, tangible results and accelerates return of investment while increasing user confidence.
Are custom-topic trainings available?
Yes, these are usually referred to as workshops. The client defines their needs, and we tailor the training program accordingly.
Are remote FlexSim trainings available?
Yes. InterMarium conducts training both in a traditional classroom format and remotely via videoconferencing.
Will I receive a license during training?
Yes. Each training participant receives a training license for the duration of the course. The license remains valid for up to one month after training completion.
What if I have questions after training ends?
For at least one month after training, we are happy to answer any additional questions at no extra cost.
Will I receive a certificate after completing training?
Yes. You can obtain both a participation certificate and a competency certificate after completing the first and second training levels. Passing the final exam is required for the competency certificate.
This also applies to e-learning available on the FlexSim knowledge platform.
How can I learn FlexSim on my own?
Based on many years of experience, we recommend live individual or group training conducted by an InterMarium instructor for maximum effectiveness.
However, if you decide to study by yourself, we provide access to the FlexSim knowledge platform with high-quality video tutorials and the FlexSim manual. Find more details here.
