The first step is to schedule a free consultation—either online (via Teams, Zoom, or another platform) or as an in-person meeting. During the conversation, you will present the project scope, information about the process to be analyzed, and your expectations regarding the simulation results. Request a consulation now.
After the meeting, we prepare a Project Charter, which captures your needs, model KPIs, required data, expected outcomes, and other key assumptions. The charter must be approved by both parties. Once approved, it becomes the basis for pricing and scheduling the project.

This depends on the scale and complexity of the project. On average, a project takes around 3 weeks. For greenfield projects, the duration may extend to approximately 3 months.
